Payment can be made via ATM deposit or EFT. Banking details can be obtained from your FSA agent.

CAN I CONDUCT A CHECK ON AN INDIVIDUAL WITHOUT THEIR PERMISSION?

No, before the submission of a check a consent form must be completed by the person on whom the check is being conducted or a representative of that person. Consent form can be downloaded here.

WHO IS ABLE TO ACCESS MY INFORMATION?

Only designated FSA staff member will have access to your information. FSA staff members are legally bound to a non-disclosure agreement to safeguard the client and their personal information.
