PSYCHOMETRIC TESTING
Psychometric testing is a process used to find job-relevant information about you which an interview wouldn’t be able to do, it involves investigating the integration of information from various sources and consists of a variety of tests such as: a combination of aptitude and personality tests, tests of ability or intelligence and tests of interests or attitudes. This will allow you to effectively administer a candidate.
SKILLS ASSESSMENT
A skills assessment arbitrates whether or not an individual possesses the necessary skills that are required for the specific task.
IM INTERGRITY ASSESSMENTS
This test is a specific type of personality test performed to assess an applicant’s honesty, trustworthiness, and dependability. FSA highly recommends such an assessment to prevent the candidate having a lack of integrity due to it being associated with counterproductive behaviors such as theft, violence, sabotage, disciplinary problems, and absenteeism.
