FSA can assist you in obtaining a SAPS Police Clearance Certificate via simple process:
◦ Submission of SAPS 91 (A) Form must be completed, which can be done at your nearest police station
◦ A letter with the following information needs to be attached and submitted to us:
– Request for Police Clearance
– Reason for police clearance
– Full names and ID Number
◦ The original set of the fingerprints and completed SAPS 91 (A) Form completed
The SAPS 91(A) Form and official letter needs to be couriered or deliver for FSA offices.

Companies using this option must follow a few simple steps:
